Privacy Policy
Last Updated: September 11, 2026
Adrenaline Paintball, LLC ("Adrenaline," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit or use adrenaline.shop, render.adrenaline.shop, related Adrenaline websites and services, our online store, customer-support channels, and Adrenaline-operated artificial-intelligence and product-visualization services, including the Adrenaline Luxe AIRE Customizer and related rendering services (collectively, the "Services").
This Privacy Policy also describes choices and rights that may be available to you.
1. Information We Collect
The information we collect depends on how you interact with us.
Information you provide directly may include your name, billing and shipping address, email address, telephone number, account information, order and transaction information, product preferences, communications with us, information submitted through forms, reviews or promotions, and images, files, or other content you choose to provide.
When you use an Adrenaline customizer or rendering service, you may also provide design instructions, requested colors, patterns and finishes, reference images, an optional customer name for display on the final mockup, a pattern name you choose or approve, and other customization details. The service may generate clean product renders, branded mockup pages, shareable render links, and related configuration information.
Payment information is generally processed by Shopify, payment processors, financial institutions, or other payment-service providers. We do not necessarily receive or store complete payment-card information.
We and our service providers may automatically collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring and exit pages, pages or products viewed, dates and times of visits, shopping-cart activity, approximate location derived from IP address, interactions with emails or advertisements, and cookie, pixel, device, or similar identifiers. Access to public render links may also generate ordinary server or content-delivery-network logs such as IP address, user agent, date, time, and requested file.
2. How We Use Information
We may use personal information to operate and maintain the Services; process and fulfill orders; provide custom products, renderings, and design mockups; communicate about purchases, shipping, returns, support, and custom work; maintain accounts; personalize and improve our website and Services; analyze performance; conduct research and product development; send marketing communications where permitted; measure advertising; prevent fraud and abuse; secure our systems; enforce our terms and policies; comply with legal, tax, accounting, and contractual obligations; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
We may use information in aggregated or de-identified form where it can no longer reasonably identify an individual.
3. Artificial Intelligence and the Adrenaline Luxe AIRE Customizer
Adrenaline may provide AI-assisted services that help customers explore product designs, create product visualizations, compare concepts, and prepare shareable design mockups.
If you access an Adrenaline GPT through ChatGPT, your interaction with the ChatGPT platform itself is also subject to OpenAI's applicable terms, privacy policies, and account settings. Adrenaline does not automatically receive your entire ChatGPT conversation merely because you use an Adrenaline GPT. When the GPT invokes an Adrenaline Action or rendering service, Adrenaline receives the information transmitted to our systems as necessary to perform that action.
For rendering, Adrenaline may use OpenAI's API Platform to edit approved product reference images according to the design instructions transmitted for that request. OpenAI states that, by default, it does not use API inputs or outputs from business customers to train its models unless the customer affirmatively opts in. OpenAI also states that API inputs and outputs are generally removed from its systems after 30 days unless OpenAI is legally required to retain them or a different eligible retention configuration applies. OpenAI's practices may change, and its current policies control its handling of data.
Adrenaline may use Vercel or similar cloud infrastructure to receive Action requests, operate the rendering backend, store generated images, and deliver shareable render links.
The customizer may ask whether you want your name displayed on the final branded mockup. Providing a name is optional. If you choose to include it, your name may appear on the generated mockup image. The customizer may also ask you to name your pattern or may help suggest a pattern name, which may also appear on the mockup.
Customer render and mockup links may be publicly accessible so that you can share them. We do not currently publish an automatic public directory or gallery of all customer renders. However, anyone who obtains a public render URL may be able to view, copy, download, or redistribute the image. If you choose to place your name or other identifying information on a mockup, that information may therefore be visible to anyone with the link. Do not include sensitive or confidential information in a public render or mockup.
The customizer may optionally display an estimated configuration price on the second mockup page if you request it. Pricing shown in a mockup is a configuration estimate, is subject to Adrenaline review, and excludes taxes and shipping unless expressly stated otherwise.
4. How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose personal information to service providers and other parties as reasonably necessary to operate our business. Depending on the Services you use, these may include Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, OpenAI, Vercel, analytics providers, marketing and communications providers, fraud-prevention and security providers, and legal, accounting, or other professional advisers.
Shopify Network Intelligence and Enhanced Services. We have enabled Shopify Network Intelligence. When enabled, Shopify may securely use customer data from our store together with data from other Shopify merchants to provide Enhanced Services for our store and customers, such as improved products, personalization, analytics, and advertising-related functionality. For certain Enhanced Services, Shopify may process personal information under its own applicable terms and may provide individuals with direct privacy rights. We use Shopify customer-privacy controls, including a cookie consent banner in configured regions and a Your Privacy Choices page, to communicate and apply applicable consent and opt-out choices. In configured regions, Global Privacy Control signals may also be honored through Shopify privacy tools. More information is available in Shopify's Privacy Policy and applicable terms.
We may disclose information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or other corporate transaction.
We may also disclose information where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law or legal process; respond to lawful government requests; protect the rights, property, or safety of Adrenaline, our customers, or others; investigate fraud, abuse, or security issues; or enforce our agreements and policies.
We may disclose information when you direct us to do so or otherwise consent.
5. Advertising, Analytics, and Sale or Sharing of Personal Information
Adrenaline does not sell personal information for money.
We may use analytics, advertising, social-media, and marketing technologies that involve disclosure of identifiers or online activity to third parties. Some U.S. state privacy laws define terms such as "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" broadly enough that certain analytics or advertising activities may fall within those definitions even when no money is exchanged.
Where required by applicable law, we provide mechanisms to opt out of such processing. Where applicable in your region, you may use our Your Privacy Choices page, use cookie or privacy-preference controls, use recognized browser-based privacy signals where supported, or contact us using the information below.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use first-party and third-party cookies and similar technologies for essential website operation, shopping-cart and account functionality, preferences, analytics, personalization, fraud prevention, marketing measurement, and advertising where permitted. For more information, review our Cookie Statement and the privacy controls presented on our website.
7. Marketing Communications
If you subscribe to marketing communications, we may send product announcements, promotional offers, company news, and related information. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in the message. Transactional or service-related communications may continue where necessary.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing products and Services, maintaining business and transaction records, satisfying tax, accounting, warranty, and legal obligations, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, maintaining security, and preventing fraud and abuse.
Generated render files and branded mockups may be retained to keep shareable links functioning, support customer service, fulfill or review custom orders, troubleshoot the rendering service, and maintain business records. Public render links may be removed, changed, or discontinued at any time. When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, anonymize, or de-identify it, subject to applicable law and legitimate business requirements.
9. Data Security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, acquisition, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to know or access personal information we maintain about you; request correction; request deletion; receive a portable copy of certain information; opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent where applicable; and appeal a privacy-rights decision where provided by law.
We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. To submit a request, use available website privacy controls or contact us. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law and subject to appropriate verification.
11. U.S. State Privacy Disclosures
Residents of states with comprehensive consumer privacy laws may have additional rights concerning access, correction, deletion, portability, targeted advertising, sale or sharing, and certain profiling activities. The exact rights available depend on your state and whether a particular law applies to Adrenaline. Where applicable, you may exercise opt-out rights through our website privacy controls, including our Your Privacy Choices page.
12. International Visitors
If you access our Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Where required by law, we rely on appropriate legal grounds and safeguards for such processing and transfers. For individuals in jurisdictions such as the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, legal bases may include performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests, protection of legal rights, and consent where required.
13. Children
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us in violation of applicable law, contact us so that we may take appropriate action.
14. Third-Party Websites and Services
Our Services may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the privacy, security, or content practices of third-party services. Your interaction with a third party is governed by that party's policies and terms.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our Services, technology, business practices, or legal requirements. When we make changes, we will revise the Last Updated date above and provide additional notice where required by law.
